Warranty
Each piece that leaves my BEALLARA workshop is carefully designed, crafted, and lovingly packaged for shipping. Along with each piece of jewelry, you’ll receive a certificate detailing the type of natural element used, the place and date of its hand-harvesting, the start of the transformation process, care recommendations, and a brief history of the brand. Additionally, all my pieces come with a certificate of origin for customs purposes.
Claims and repairs
If you detect any manufacturing issues with your piece, you have up to 10 days from receiving your order to let me know. Just write to me at info@beallara.es, attaching images of the piece and your contact information. Once received, I will personally review each case to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or improper use.
After that time, if your piece needs repair, I’ll be happy to help. In many cases, repairing handmade jewelry can be almost the same process as creating it from scratch, so the repair and shipping costs will be your responsibility.
To request a repair, please email me at info@beallara.es with:
- Your name and phone number.
- Clear images of the damaged part.
I will respond with an authorization, shipping instructions, and an estimate.
Terms and conditions
- I will inform you of the repair costs by email before proceeding.
- Please note that all repairs are subject to shipping charges.
- The estimated time to complete a repair is 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of the part.
Important: If you purchased your BEALLARA jewelry through one of our retail partners, you’ll need to arrange for repairs directly with them, according to their return and service policies.
