By making a purchase from BEALLARA, whether through this website, email, WhatsApp, social media, or other enabled communication platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell the products described, nor does it guarantee their availability in your area. I reserve the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at my sole discretion, even after I have sent you the purchase confirmation or your card has been charged.
• The images you’ll see on the website show each piece in as much detail as possible. However, please note that color, brightness, and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen and device you’re accessing the product from.
• All prices are expressed in euros (€) and must be paid in this currency. If an incorrect price is posted by mistake, I reserve the right to cancel or modify the order, even if it has been confirmed or your card charged. In this case, the corresponding amount will be refunded or an alternative option will be agreed upon with you.
• Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details, the order number, and the estimated shipping date. If you wish to change the date or have any special requests, please contact me at info@beallara.es and I will be happy to help you.
• For orders with multiple items, they will be shipped together once all items are ready and/or available, unless you indicate another preference in writing and we agree on it beforehand.
• Prices may change at any time. In the event of a technical or administrative error, I reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect prices, always notifying you as soon as possible.
• When your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its arrival.
• Items in stock may take up to 10 days to ship. My pieces are gold-plated, but you can also request a rose gold or silver finish, depending on your preference.
• Pre-ordered items may take up to 20 days to ship. Once I receive your order, I will contact you within 2 business days to inform you of the estimated delivery date. If you wish, you can cancel your purchase at that time.
• I accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Bizum credit card. Payment must be received in full before production or any order processing begins.
